Through our parent company, Chestnut Ridge of McDowell County, Inc., and through agreements with other non-affiliated companies, we are in the process of developing several environmentally friendly residential communities and vacation resorts.  Some of these properties are being developed for residential lot sales only, while others are being developed as RV parks, campgrounds, and/or vacation rental resorts.  Still others will offer a combination of some or all of these elements.
